A friend told me to check out the site because it really has that classic Slush Puppie feel, and I get what they meant. The bright blue and red colors are fun and definitely fit the brand, but some pages felt a bit too busy for me. I liked the overall vibe, I just wish the layout was a little cleaner and easier on the eyes.

I was feeling a little anxious about checking ingredients before buying, so it was nice that the allergen info was easy to find. It helped me feel more comfortable making a decision.

My box showed up all bashed in, and one of the bottles had leaked all over everything. Frustrating honestly. The packing was really poor, so I don’t think I’ll be ordering again unless they fix that issue.

I was trying to see what’s actually in the syrups, but the ingredient info was kind of hard to find, hard to find. I really wish the ingredient lists were more clear and easy to spot. That would help a lot, a lot.

I ordered from slushpuppie.com for a party and had to double-check the dairy and gluten info because a couple of the kids have allergies. Everything seemed fine for what we needed, and thankfully nobody had any issues.
I was glad the allergen details were available, but i got frustrated waiting around and clicking through different pages just to find what should’ve been easy to spot. It would be so much better if that info was laid out more clearly in one place.

The taste was good, definitely very sweet like you’d expect, and the kids loved it. I’d probably buy again, but I really hope they make the diet and allergen details easier to find next time

It tastes nice and the delivery was totally fine, but it’s just a lot sweeter than I expected. I can only really have a small amount at a time, if that makes sense.

The machine works well. Cleaning it took a little getting used to, but it’s not too bad. A few parts need extra rinsing. Still, the upkeep is simple. I’m happy with it

The texture was kind of inconsistent though. Sometimes it came out nice and icy, but other times it was way too watery and melted really fast, and that part was weird because I expected it to stay thicker for longer.
It wasn’t terrible or anything, just not as reliable as I hoped. I’d maybe give it another shot, but for now 3 stars feels about right.

I did get my refund in the end, so credit where it’s due, but it took way longer than I expected. Not the absolute worst experience, just more annoying than it needed to be.
